Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:


-Ensuring all web pages are kept up-to-date from corporate needs to products & services.
-Monitoring and maintaining online forums e.g. facebook & twitter on a daily basis. This includes notifying appropriate stakeholders about online discussions or inquiries that should receive a response from the company.
-Coordinating with advertising agency and IT the design of the WM website ensuring an excellent customer experience from navigation to brand and look & feel.
-Leading the development and implementation of an online strategy to ensure visibility and promotion to customers and relevant segments of the public.
-Developing special web promotions.
-Reviewing, writing and editing the content for materials used in marketing.
-Delivering weekly/monthly reports on all web based activities.

Experience & Qualifications:

-University degree in communications or related field (English, Journalism)
-2 years experience in website management, effective and innovative use of the web to actively communicate and develop interactive features.

Skills:

-Excellent writing and editing skills with an emphasis on web content, exceptional attention to detail.
-Excellent knowledge of website/portal development and management (including content management).
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
-Excellent motivational skills.
-Working under pressure, energetic, logical thinker and results oriented.
-Proficient in MS office.
-High Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
